Hi, I’m Nadiya Foster — a classically trained pianist with over a decade of experience behind the keys, and a deep passion for helping others discover the joy of making music.
My journey with piano began more than ten years ago, rooted in classical training that shaped both my technique and love for music. Even while studying in college, I kept piano close — not just as a hobby, but as a creative outlet that stayed with me through every season of life.
A year ago, I began teaching, and I’ve found incredible joy in guiding beginner to intermediate students of all ages. My goal is to take what I’ve learned — in theory, performance, and personal experience — and use it to help each student grow with confidence and creativity. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to deepen your skills, I believe learning piano should be both structured and fun.
I create a supportive, encouraging space where we work hard, laugh often, and celebrate every milestone — big or small!
About Joyful Keys
At Joyful Keys, piano is more than a skill — it’s a gift, a joy, and a lifelong expression of creativity.
Based in the Bryan–College Station area, I offer in-home piano lessons tailored to each student’s needs, goals, and learning style. Whether you're a young beginner, an adult trying music for the first time, or someone rediscovering the piano after years away, every lesson is designed to be engaging, enriching, and purposeful — focusing on both progress and the joy of learning.
As the founder and teacher behind Joyful Keys, I integrate my classical training with my Christian faith — seeing music not just as an art, but as a beautiful way to honor the gifts we've been given. I strive to create a nurturing and supportive space where students learn not only how to perform, but how to develop discipline, patience, and grit through music.
At Joyful Keys, we believe in music's power to enrich lives, cultivate perseverance, and be fun every step of the way.
